Well done to Year 11 student Loryn Cody and Year 10 student Max Agnew, who have both been actively involved with the United Nations Youth, South Australia events this year.

Loryn and Max both attended the three-day State Conference last term and joined with students from around the state hearing from international speakers such as the Honourable Justice Bleby, participating in interactive workshops and Model UN debates, and delving into problem-solving activities on the topic of international (and space) law.

Loryn has also just attended the UN SA Young Leaders Summit (Governance), hearing from speakers and members of parliament on topics involving governance from local levels to national communities.  The Summit was held at The University of Adelaide and Loryn was privy to another expert panel of speakers, governance simulation activities and interactive workshops regarding different levels of government and roles and responsibilities.
