Little Investigators Early Learning Centre has gained approval to expand its capacity in 2025, enabling an additional 16 students to benefit from an early childhood education every day.
The Victor Harbor-based centre is now able to accommodate over 60 preschool students aged 3 and above on any given day of the week.
“We are thrilled to welcome new families into our Early Learning Centre,” Centre Director Michelle Brougham said.
“To support this expansion, we have hired an additional Early Childhood Educator and repurposed an Investigator College classroom.
“Now with an extra teacher and learning space available, we’ll be able to diversify our learning experiences and deliver education to smaller groups.
“This means more individual educator attention for every student and makes it easier to deliver tailored programs to different preschool age groups.”
Mrs Brougham encourages any parents affected by childcare availability on the Fleurieu Peninsula to get in touch with the Early Learning Centre and arrange a tour.
“We would love to show you all the benefits we have to offer students at Little Investigators,” she said.
“As an Early Learning Centre, our primary goal is to provide an early education that prepares children to thrive at school.
“Our secondary goal is to look after children so that busy parents can pursue work or other plans.
“We hope this news can reach the right people. We encourage any grandparents, relatives or friends who know people with preschool aged children to let them know about this opportunity. It could be just what they need!”
