    SPORT

    Certificate III in Sports Coaching

Investigator College students with a passion for sport can turn that passion into a career direction through a Certificate III in Sports Coaching – which is delivered on campus.

Delivered in partnership with the Australian College of Sport, Investigator’s Certificate III in Sports Coaching (SIS30521) gives students a nationally recognised qualification while contributing to their SACE.

Students build practical coaching skills including leadership, session and season planning, athlete communication and motivation, and safe and inclusive coaching practice, working through real coaching scenarios across our excellent indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, rather than just theory.

The Certificate can open a pathway to community and elite-level sport and physical activity, prepare students for Stage 2 Physical Education ahead of time, and even contribute to entry into sport-related degrees and diplomas the College has negotiated with Flinders University.
