Our teams delivered outstanding performances. Throughout the event, their robots underwent lightning-fast modifications and on-the-fly fixes, all in the relentless pursuit of racking up as many points as possible.
The game plan was simple but executed: collect as many blocks as possible and slam-dunk them into the goals. Both teams poured their hearts and souls into their robot projects, dedicating hours each week to perfect their creations. Remarkably, despite participating in just two events, they consistently outperformed the competition, finishing at the top of their game.
One of our team’s performance has now secured them a coveted spot in the Nationals by claiming 3rd place in the Autonomous driving and skills challenge, and 2nd place in the combined team challenges. While they eagerly await their official invitation, the excitement is building! What an amazing effort!
The Nationals will be held in Adelaide over the weekend of 2/3 December.
